This Friday sees the next training session for this year’s Welsh National under 16s taking place at Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf, Bridge Road, Llandaff North, Cardiff. CF14 2JL.

The training will start at 6pm prompt and be finished by 8pm, therefore please arrive and be on the astroturf ready to start at 6pm.

The session will be held on the sand based Astro Turf at the school so please wear either astroturf trainiers or regular running trainers, no studs (plastic, moulded or metal allowed).

Players must have been aged UNDER 16 on the 1st of September 2015 to qualify.
